Zrúcanina Likava

The ruins of Likava Castle stand on a hilltop in the foothills of the Choč Mountains, approximately one kilometre north of the village of Likavka in the Ružomberok district. This impressive stronghold rises above the Liptov Basin, rewarding visitors with sweeping views of the surrounding landscape.

The castle ranks among the most notable historical monuments of the Liptov region, with roots stretching back to the medieval period.
