About
Tihányi Manor in the Kráľová district of Banská Bystrica now houses the natural history exhibition of the Central Slovak Museum.
Tihányi Manor is one of three historic manor houses that once stood in the village of Kráľová, now a district of Banská Bystrica. This concentration of noble residences in a single locality speaks to the area's distinguished aristocratic heritage in past centuries.
Today the manor serves a cultural purpose, housing the natural history exhibition of the Central Slovak Museum, titled Nature of Central Slovakia. Visitors can explore the rich flora and fauna of the central Slovak region within its walls.
