About
The Renaissance Small Manor House in Hanušovce nad Topľou stands beside the Dessewffy Manor House and ranks among the most valuable historic landmarks of eastern Slovakia.
In the town of Hanušovce nad Topľou, situated to the east of Prešov, stands a remarkable Renaissance structure known as the Small Manor House. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the larger Dessewffy Manor House, together with which it forms an interesting architectural ensemble.
Both buildings are part of the historical heritage of this region and bear witness to the rich noble past of the town. The Small Manor House, with its Renaissance character, recalls a period when these lands were governed by prominent aristocratic families who left a lasting mark here in the form of valuable architectural monuments.
