Castles and chateaux — okres Veľký Krtíš

Zelený hrad – a ruined castle with a well-preserved terrain relief north of Čebovce on the south-eastern edge of the Krupina Plateau.

Litava is a castle whose scant remains are located about 20 km south-east of Krupina on the northern end of Pustý vrch hill, and which served as the historical predecessor of Čabraď Castle.

Modrý Kameň, the smallest town in Slovakia, is home to Gothic castle ruins and a well-preserved Baroque manor house on the edge of the Krupinská Planina plateau.
